Arduino Robot

The Arduino Robot is a pair of modules, one controller and one motor board, each having it's own MCU and USB interface. The MCU is the ATmega32U4. Most of the I/O is connected to on-board sensors. The Robot is intended to be a learning tool, so it has an abundance of peripherals, including a compass, LCD, speaker, EEPROM, keypad, and a few LEDs.

The Arduino Robot may be powered by a 9VDC wall wart, or by 4 AA sized NiMH batteries. The batteries must be rechargeable, because there is no way to disable the battery charger when the 9VDC power is applied.
