The eNTuino has been upgraded with features such as an on-board battery charging circuit, dual header pinout for shields/custom boards and option to power it using a Li-Ion battery, USB or external adapter. It is an inexpensive alternative to the Arduino Uno.
Like a very few others, this board has mounting holes at all four corners, so you can mount it and monkey with it without bending the board. The USB to TTL converter is a Silicon Labs CP2102, rather than the FTDI RL232 from the original Arduino Uno. There is no protection against reversing the battery leads, so care must be taken when wiring it up.
