Iteaduino BT

Iteaduino BT

Iteaduino-BT is an Arduino compatible board with a master/slave Bluetooth Module HC-05. It based on the Arduino UNO/Duemilanove, is 100% compatible with its existing program and shields, but with a bluetooth wireless module. The power consumption is about 50% of the original Arduino boards.

There is a switch to select the operating mode of the HC-05 Bluetooth module. In one position, the module is in command mode, and you send AT commands to it to set it up. In the other position, the Iteaduino and Bluetooth are configured to send and receive data on the link. There is also a jumper to select whether the Bluetooth module talks to the USB port or to the ATmega328. All of this switching and jumpering might make the Bluetooth integration less attractive to some. There is also a selector to choose 3.3V or 5V operating voltage. There is only one crystal, a 16MHz crystal. That matters because the ATmega328 is not spec'd to run 16MHz at 3.3V, and may not program correctly.
