The Iteaduino Mega 2560 is similiar to the Arduino Mega 2560. It differs in the selectable operating voltage, smaller form factor, and 16 additional pins (all ATmega2560 pins are brought out). Standard Arduino shields will work, as long as the operating voltage matches. Mega shields will not work, since the Iteaduino Mega 2560 has the smaller footprint of the Uno.
Remember that the ATmega2560 is not any faster than the ATmega328 - it provides more I/O. If you put a standard shield on this, much of the I/O is covered up, and you have in essence created an Uno with more memory. Not that that is a bad thing.
