The Netduino Plus 2 takes what is right with the Netduino 2 and makes it bigger. The MCU is upgraded to the STmicro STM32F405RG, which is a Cortex-M4, rather than an M3, running at 168MHz, up from 120MHz. Memory availability is increased to 384kB user program storage and 100kB user RAM.
For peripherals the Netduino Plus 2 has on-board 10Mbps ethernet, and a micro-SD card slot. Like the Netduino 2, this board is impressive, but more so. The only negatives I could find were the requirement for a Windows development environment, and the fact that some of the I/O on the STMicro MCU is not available in the Arduino format.
